I went for an unknown shoulder problem that was really bugging me. Owen, the physio I saw, was great. He figured out the issue and explained it to me clearly using a model. I left feeling very optimistic about my recovery.

I went to Active Therapy Clinic to see Stephen Haynes having been recommended by multiple people. Tennis elbow, painful shoulders, back and neck. It was an extraordinary experience as, with very little information, Stephen knew exactly what was wrong. It was fascinating. Just a few exercises and things started to improve immediately. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
