This was my first visit. I was seen by Dave. He was pleasant and calm. I showed him a printed history of my back problem, but he encouraged me to give details of my recent pain - locations, intensity. He was happy for my husband to sit in on the first half of the interview, before he undertook some physical and technical tests.
